Google Sign-In Privacy Notice

Information received from Google

When you choose Continue with Google, Google and our authentication provider, Supabase, share the information needed to identify your account. This may include your Google account identifier, name, email address, email-verification status, and profile picture. Nordic Health Science does not receive your Google password and does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts through this sign-in feature.

How that information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, create or identify your workspace account, and administer membership access. Signing in with Google does not grant membership or an administrator role; access remains subject to the workspace’s approval and membership rules. Authorized workspace administrators can see your account name, email, and membership status.

Google sign-in information is not sold or used for targeted advertising. If we change how we use Google account information, we will update this notice and request additional consent where required.

Storage and service providers

Supabase processes authentication and stores account records. Cloudflare hosts the website, and Resend delivers transactional account and membership emails. These services process the information necessary to provide those functions. Authentication sessions are stored in your browser so you can stay signed in. Authentication and hosting services may also process security information such as IP addresses, device information, and sign-in logs.

Information you separately submit through the workspace—such as access requests, payment screenshots, agreements, uploaded documents, or AI chat messages—is additional to the basic information supplied by Google. Use of those features may involve other service providers, including the AI provider used by the feature. Please avoid submitting information that is not needed for the feature you are using.

Account access, retention, and deletion requests

Archiving a workspace account disables access while preserving associated membership, payment, and agreement records; it is not automatic deletion. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, contact nordichealthscience@gmail.com. We will review the request and any associated records before responding.

You can revoke Google access through your Google Account connections. Revoking Google access does not itself delete your Nordic Health Science account or its records. Approved members can also use the email sign-in options offered by the website.
